An automatically generated “Order Confirmation” email is only an acknowledgment of receipt.

A sales contract is formed when we send a Shipment Notification.

We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud, prior violations, supply difficulties, or other reasonable grounds.

 

 

 

5. Payments

 


Payment methods are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed according to the terms of each payment provider.

Any processing fees, currency exchange differences, or related charges are the customer’s responsibility.

 

 

 

6. Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Force Majeure

 


Shipping conditions follow our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, accidents, communication failures, customs issues, or other events beyond our control.

Customer-initiated returns or refunds are generally not accepted.

Although the Site is hosted on Shopify, the sales contract exists between you and iskii, not Shopify.

Shopify bears no responsibility for transactions, products, or user interactions.

  • Infringement of rights of others

  • Fraudulent payments

  • Purchasing for resale purposes

  • Unauthorized access, data mining, or scraping of our systems

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

 


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or lost-profit damages.

Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the purchase price of the product in question (excluding shipping and related fees).

 

 

 

12. Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

 


If a user is found to be affiliated with or involved in antisocial forces, we may refuse service or terminate the contract without prior notice.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 


These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
